Our Support Services Include:
- Telephone Support, your employees can ring our 1300 number for first level support. Should your request require additional information then your call will be escalated to your Together I.T. support representative.
- Onsite site visits. Where a Together I.T. representative visits your site on a weekly basis to monitor systems and perform routine maintenance. While the majority of maintenance can be done remotely Together I.T. feel it is important to also be available to meet with client staff.
- Remote monitoring. This allows for a Together I.T. representative to access the client systems to perform routine maintenance and review and possibly correct errors remotely.
- Call-out response (options : 1 hour, 4 hours, next day, after hours)
- Supply and maintenance of computer hardware and software procurement.
- Training as required. Together I.T. can arrange specific computer training as well as the creation of user documentation on request.
